Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a customer-facing position, such as sales, marketing, or customer service
  • Strong problem-solving, influence, and negotiation skills to resolve customer complaints and drive sales
  • Prior experience in customer service and sales, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Comfort making presentations and interacting with clients and customers to build relationships and drive business growth
  • Flexibility with your work schedule and the ability to travel (if required) to conferences and client meetings
