Key Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Marketing & Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills, build meaningful relationships with customers, and contribute to the success of our organization. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Verifying confidential customer information and qualifying potential customers
• Maintaining and updating customer information accurately and in a timely manner
• Paying close attention to detail and actively listening to customer concerns to find the best possible solution
• Meeting consumers directly and interacting in a pleasant, positive, and professional manner at all times
• Executing events and coordinating with fellow team members on daily and weekly sales goals
• Collaborating with other team members to come up with creative solutions to further educate community members on the benefits of our program
• Staying updated on new products, services, and benefits we can offer potential new members

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, Sales Associate, Volunteering, or other related field
• A passion for making a difference and interacting with the community
• Team-oriented with the ability to problem-solve independently
• Driven to further one's career and make an impact

Essential Skills & Competencies

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
