Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service experiences via live chat, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and issues. You will utilize knowledge resources and internal systems to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers, collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues as needed, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
