Key Responsibilities

As a Home-Based Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Handling customer inquiries via messages or online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
• Performing accurate data entry tasks, including inputting data into our database system and collecting and digitizing documents and files into digital formats
• Participating in sales calls based on your skills and background, helping to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
• Maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines, while working independently in a remote environment

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Data entry skills with a minimum typing speed of 35 WPM, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into our database system
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work independently and maintain productivity, with minimal supervision and guidance
• Proficiency in computer operations, including email and web-based tools, with the ability to navigate our systems and software
• Consistent internet connection and a reliable computer, with the ability to work remotely and maintain connectivity
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn, with a willingness to adapt to new processes and technologies

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, computer science) preferred
