Job Summary

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive timely, helpful, and high-quality support. You will work closely with users to resolve their queries, guide them through features, and help them get the most out of our platform. Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer queries promptly and accurately via phone, email, or chat
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
  • Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
  • Updating our internal databases with information about technical issues and helpful customer discussions
  • Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Informing customers about new features and functionalities
  • Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Gathering and sharing customer feedback with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Customer Service Support or similar CS role
  • English Proficiency – Excellent communication in verbal and written
  • Experience working within a SaaS environment is required
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Strong understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to demonstrate patience when handling complex queries and challenges
  • Flexible to work on a shift schedule including night shifts and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role:

  • Experience working with WhatsApp API solutions
  • Knowledge of CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) and its applications
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
