Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will provide top-notch support to our customers, answering and making phone calls, resolving issues, and providing information on company policies. You will also work closely with our retail sales representatives, market leadership, and Customer Relations leadership to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. This role requires a high level of critical thinking, discretion, and adaptability, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Document customer interactions and concerns according to department standards
  • Utilize internal systems to access and research customer accounts and history
  • Collaborate with teammates to provide multi-level support and resolve customer concerns
  • Adapt to changing priorities and needs, with a high level of critical thinking and discretion
  • Provide information on company policies and procedures to customers
  • Make phone calls to customers to resolve issues and provide support
  • Use internal systems to track and manage customer interactions and concerns
  • Work closely with retail sales representatives, market leadership, and Customer Relations leadership to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Strong proficiency in various computer applications and software required
  • Previous experience in customer service preferred
  • Adeptness in navigating operating systems, productivity tools, and software relevant to the role (Salesforce, RingCentral, and Microsoft Office) preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
