About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for cementing relationships with new and existing customers, including onboarding, integration, account growth, new product adoption, and renewals. You will also develop and refine our customer success playbooks for the Pro Sports + Entertainment vertical, providing strategic guidance and support to customers, advocating for their needs and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Cement relationships with new and existing customers, including onboarding, integration, account growth, new product adoption, and renewals

  • Develop and refine our customer success playbooks for the Pro Sports + Entertainment vertical
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to customers, advocating for their needs and driving business outcomes
  • Analyze customer usage to inform forecasts, identify risks, and develop resolution strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer feedback into product requirements and drive business growth

Essential Qualifications

* 2-4 years of account management experience, ideally in a marketing or software company

  • Direct experience working with customers in the Pro Sports + Entertainment space
  • A startup mindset, with a willingness to experiment, adapt, and innovate
  • Strong understanding of customer success techniques and strategies
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort with learning new software and navigating complex work processes

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with AI-powered marketing platforms

  • Knowledge of the Pro Sports + Entertainment industry and its trends
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
