Job Description
As an Online Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers by providing knowledgeable, professional, and efficient assistance. You'll be the first point of contact for our cardmembers, addressing their inquiries, providing solutions, and guiding them through the use of our online services.
Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer service inquiries via chat, email, and occasionally phone
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their accounts and transactions
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and efficiency
- Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions
- Assist customers with online navigation and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
Requirements
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with online platforms
