Job Summary

In this entry-level position, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions through live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers to handle questions, provide product information, and assist with order processing
  • Resolving customer issues, troubleshooting problems, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
  • Developing a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers
