As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers and helping them resolve their issues with a smile. What You'll Be Doing:
* Answer incoming communications from customers and provide timely resolutions to their issues
- Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to our customers
- Consult on products and services with compassion and empathy, ensuring our customers receive the best possible support
What You Bring to the Role:
* 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a passion for helping others and delivering exceptional support
- Residency in Oregon, with a reliable high-speed internet connection (> 40mbps)
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in computer skills and product knowledge
