Job Summary

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and compassionate manner. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and concerns, and provide solutions that meet their expectations. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our healthcare products and services.

Responsibilities

* Assist customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our healthcare products and services

  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary
  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced healthcare services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations
  • Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) or other healthcare software systems
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
