As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the front line for client support, providing exceptional service and solutions that meet the needs of our valued clients. Your primary role will be to assist clients with understanding their benefit options, answer policy-related questions, and provide timely and accurate information. You will be trained to manage incoming communications, conduct virtual consultations, and maintain accurate records—all from the comfort of your home office.
