Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers in Spanish, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that they have an exceptional experience with our products and services. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Rochester, NY.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Spanish, providing accurate and timely solutions to their issues

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
