Job Summary:

As a Talent Manager at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing exceptional talent solutions to clients across various industries. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and deliver outstanding customer service. You'll work closely with clients to understand their talent needs, identify top talent, and negotiate contracts that meet their requirements. Your expertise will be essential in building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates, ensuring that clients receive the best possible talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and revenue

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Identify top talent and negotiate contracts that meet client requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
  • Conduct in-person meetings with hiring managers and decision-makers to market arenaflex services
  • Recruit, interview, and match highly skilled administrative and customer support professionals with clients' projects, contract assignments, and contract-to-full-time opportunities
  • Manage ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
  • Participate in local trade association and networking events to increase arenaflex presence in the local business community
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of talent solutions
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 1+ years of experience in administrative or customer support, preferably in a business development role
  • 2+ years of experience in a metrics-driven environment, with a proven track record of developing new business
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Working knowledge of current Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, and any Contact Management Application (Salesforce)
  • Knowledge and familiarity with administrative and customer support department operations
  • Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in a talent solutions firm
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with CRM software and other business tools

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

At arenaflex, we offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • Base salary: $68,640 to $77,000, depending on experience and location
  • Bonus pay: Eligible for a bonus based on achievement of performance objectives
  • Benefits: Group health insurance benefits (medical, vision, dental), flexible spending and health savings accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption, surrogacy and fertility assistance, paid parental leave of up to 6 weeks, and short/long term disability
  • Paid time off: Vacation, personal needs, and sick time, with a minimum of 17 days of Choice Time Off (CTO) per calendar year
  • Holidays: 11 paid holidays per calendar year
  • 401(k) savings and investment plan or deferred compensation plan (if eligible), with an employer match of 100% on the first 3% of your contributions for eligible employees
