The Opportunity

As a Director of Revenue Strategy & Operations, you will partner with our Global Large Customer Sales team to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and develop strategic initiatives that enable sales leaders to better operate their teams. You will leverage first and third-party market data to create new sales programs, refine go-to-market strategies, and support demand-side growth acceleration. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying opportunities for new pockets of revenue and developing a playbook for rapidly ramping sales teams.

Responsibilities

* Develop and implement business process plans with cross-functional partners (e.g., Finance) to build company confidence in annual goals

  • Drive the business weekly through operating information and cadence (e.g., weekly revenue call)
  • Lead proactive strategic projects that enable sales leaders to better operate their teams, resulting in quantifiable business outcomes (e.g., more hours with clients, better forecasting of revenue)
  • Leverage first and third-party market data to create new sales programs and continually refine go-to-market strategies across all segments of arenaflex's ads business, in collaboration with channel and regional sales leadership
  • Support demand-side growth acceleration by developing a playbook for rapidly ramping sales teams and providing measurement, data, and operating insights to leaders
  • Overlay a market opportunity view with the internal view to identify opportunities for new pockets of revenue

Essential Qualifications

* Advertising experience

  • 5+ years in executive leadership roles
  • 10+ years experience in Sales and Business Operations
  • Exceptional analytical and problems-solving ability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior startup experience preferred
  • International experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business process plans
  • Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights
  • Experience with sales enablement and training programs

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive base salary range: $232,500—$325,500 USD

  • Eligibility for equity in the form of restricted stock units
