Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, and you'll be responsible for resolving their issues, answering their questions, and providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating customer information, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide support as needed

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure that we're providing the highest level of service to our customers
  • Collaborate with our team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in a customer service, data entry, or related field

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of financial services industry and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with data entry software and systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines
