Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately entering data into our systems, using your expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, Calendly, and other software programs
  • Processing data work between account managers and clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Verifying data accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors in data entry
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of all data, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies
  • Working with a dedicated team to ensure timely data entry and support, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations
  • Performing other related duties as assigned, contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in basic computer skills
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively
  • Outstanding attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision
  • The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, while still being a team player
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and clients

Preferred Qualifications
