Job Summary

We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing information and support to customers regarding products and services, including answering questions, resolving issues, and promoting our offerings
  • Managing a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chats, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Informing customers of special promotions, deals, and discounts, and assisting with the placement of orders, refunds, and exchanges
  • Taking detailed notes regarding customer requests and needs to ensure accuracy and follow-up
  • Attending ongoing training sessions, including Zoom calls with team members, to stay up-to-date on products, services, and best practices
  • Maintaining a positive, customer-oriented culture in the workplace, working in harmony with other team members and leadership
  • Accurately handling customer funds, maintaining proper documentation of transactions, and adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Multi-tasking, adapting to changes, and effectively problem-solving with a can-do attitude
  • Navigating through multiple systems and programs to provide seamless support to customers
  • Working with team leadership to ensure exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Participating in ongoing training and skill development activities to enhance your knowledge and skills
  • Providing exceptional service, whether interpersonal, verbal, or written, and going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • To be at least 18 years of age, or older
  • To be legally authorized to work within the United States
  • A computer with a reliable internet connection
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • An outgoing personality with a passion for service
  • Prior customer service experience is highly encouraged, but not required

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $57,300 - $64,750 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Location

This role is based in Nashville, TN, with the option to work remotely.
