You will blend your culinary expertise with creative presentation and logistical planning to craft memorable gastronomic journeys accessible through digital platforms. As the visionary behind these unique events, your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize, develop, and oversee the execution of multi-course meals, tasting menus, and interactive culinary workshops that can be seamlessly prepared and enjoyed by participants in their own kitchens. This involves meticulous menu engineering, considering dietary restrictions, ingredient sourcing for global accessibility, and clear, engaging recipe development. You will create comprehensive digital content, including high-definition video tutorials, detailed preparation guides, and captivating storytelling elements that accompany each culinary experience. Collaboration with our client's event planning and technical teams will be essential to ensure a flawless virtual delivery. Your role will extend to advising clients on wine pairings, virtual sommelier interactions, and unique plating techniques that enhance the overall dining experience. You will also play a crucial part in scouting and collaborating with local purveyors and delivery partners to ensure the highest quality of ingredients reaches our clients. The ideal candidate is a culinary artist with a flair for innovation, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital engagement. You must be adept at translating complex culinary concepts into accessible instructions for a non-professional audience. A background in event catering or a Michelin-starred restaurant environment, coupled with experience in content creation or virtual instruction, is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design innovative, multi-course culinary experiences for virtual events. Develop detailed, user-friendly recipes and preparation guides suitable for home cooks. Create engaging video content, including cooking demonstrations and plating tutorials. Source high-quality ingredients, working with global purveyors and logistics partners. Advise on wine and beverage pairings to complement menus. Develop interactive elements and storytelling components for virtual culinary events. Collaborate with event managers and technical teams to ensure seamless virtual execution. Manage culinary budgets and vendor relationships. Conduct virtual tasting sessions and Q&A with clients. Stay current with global culinary trends and innovative food preparation techniques. Qualifications: Professional culinary degree from a recognized institution or equivalent extensive experience. Minimum of 7 years of experience in fine dining, high-end catering, or as a culinary consultant. Proven experience in menu development and recipe creation. Demonstrated ability to create engaging video content and written instructions for a broad audience. Excellent understanding of global cuisines, dietary restrictions, and ingredient sourcing. Strong project management and organizational skills. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Experience with virtual event platforms and digital content creation tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
