Position Overview
As an Outbound Calling Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in reaching out to new and existing clients to schedule services, confirm appointments, and promote our seasonal specials. Key Responsibilities
* Reach out to new and existing clients via phone to schedule services, confirm appointments, and promote seasonal specials
- Utilize scripts and follow call notes to ensure accurate and efficient communication
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Meet or exceed daily call targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Reliable fiber internet connection
- Reliable laptop or desktop computer
- Quiet and distraction-free dedicated home office
- Strong verbal communication and friendly phone demeanor
