Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and providing expert guidance and support to help our clients achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Provide expert guidance and support to help customers achieve their goals and overcome challenges
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales and customer support
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the sales team

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment

  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools and technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a remote sales environment or working with a distributed team

  • Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field
