About the Role

As a Customer Service Quality Assurance Senior Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in shaping the customer service experience for our clients. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our team members consistently deliver high-quality service, while also identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance our processes. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for excellence and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Influential Leadership: Set the example and provide direction to your peers and team members, raising the level of performance and promoting a culture of excellence.

  • Feedback and Coaching: Provide constructive feedback to peers and leaders, helping them to grow and develop in their roles.
  • Quality and Timeliness Expectations: Review and update quality and timeliness expectations, ensuring that our team members understand and meet these standards.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Calibration Meetings: Attend and present at calibration meetings, promoting consistency in the review process and driving excellence in customer service.
  • Training and Development: Facilitate training for new hires and rotational employees, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Review Timeliness: Ensure that timely reviews occur, maintaining the high standards of quality and service that our clients expect from us.
  • Trend Identification and Training Needs: Identify trends and assist with specific training needs, helping to address areas for improvement and drive growth.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A 4-year degree in a relevant field (such as business, communications, or customer service).
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a customer service or quality assurance role (preferably in a similar industry).
  • Customer Centricity: A deep understanding of customer needs and expectations, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Digital Literacy: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in digital tools and platforms.
