Responsibilities

As a Customer Engineer on our Microsoft Fabric and Power BI team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Technical Support: Provide expert troubleshooting and support for Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Diagnostics and Analysis: Utilize diagnostic tools to analyze and identify the root cause of technical problems, ensuring a quick resolution.
  • Customer Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients to understand their challenges and provide effective solutions.
  • Best Practices: Advise clients on best practices for implementing and using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to achieve optimal performance and business outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues that require cross-functional expertise.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, solutions provided, and common troubleshooting techniques.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Proven experience

with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, including troubleshooting and optimization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

Excellent communication and customer service skills

to maintain clear and professional communication with clients.

Ability to work independently

and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Experience in a customer-facing role

is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree

in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
