Key Responsibilities

* Schedule appointments and follow up with members who have requested information

  • Provide personalized support to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences

Essential Qualifications

* Previous customer service and sales experience (a plus)

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Personable and comfortable interacting with customers daily

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Customer service or customer relationship experience
