About the Role:

We're looking for a reliable and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team on an as-needed basis. As a Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including Shopify management, data entry, and general administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

As a Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Uploading products to Shopify, including:

+ Importing products from CSV files + Adding high-quality images and product descriptions + Ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information

  • Basic photo editing using Canva and Photoshop, including:

+ Resizing and cropping images + Applying filters and effects + Ensuring consistent branding and visual identity

  • Data entry into Google Sheets, including:

+ Accurately and efficiently entering data + Maintaining data integrity and consistency + Providing regular updates and reports

  • General administrative tasks, including:

+ Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Loom instructions + Managing multiple tasks and priorities + Providing exceptional customer service and support

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualities:

Reliability and responsiveness:

You'll need to be able to respond promptly to task assignments and meet deadlines.

Strong English skills:

You'll need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to understand and follow instructions.

Detail-oriented:

You'll need to be meticulous and thorough in your work, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Experience with Shopify:

You'll need to have prior experience working with Shopify, including product management and data entry.

Availability:

You'll need to be available to work on an as-needed basis, with a minimum of 10-20 hours per week, but potentially more or less depending on business needs.
