Job Summary

As a Spanish-English bilingual healthcare customer service representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers. You will be responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex services through various communication channels. Key Responsibilities

- Respond to patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, and chat platforms in both English and Spanish - Provide accurate and timely information about arenaflex services, policies, and procedures - Resolve issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring patient satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with healthcare providers, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Promote arenaflex services and programs through various marketing channels, including social media and community outreach - Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to arenaflex's quality and compliance standards - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance language skills, cultural competence, and customer service expertise

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 2+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field - Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with excellent time management and organization skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality

Preferred Qualifications
