Job Summary:

As a Tagalog-English bilingual healthcare customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our diverse patient population. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's healthcare services to our patients and their families. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support through phone, email, and chat interactions
  • Promote arenaflex's healthcare services and programs to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications:

* Fluency in Tagalog and English (written and spoken)

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (additional languages a plus)
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience with patient engagement and retention strategies
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software systems
