About the Role:

As a CPC Processor Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for processing medical record requests, taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys, and providing medical record status. You'll work in a high-volume production environment, using two computer monitors to document information in multiple platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical record status

  • Document information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors
  • Work in a high-volume production environment, ensuring timely and accurate processing of requests
  • Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring client needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure compliance and quality

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or call center environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a high-volume production environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field

  • Certification in customer support or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with data entry and documentation in a healthcare setting
