Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our clients and customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer-centric service in line with company standards, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Analyzing incoming electronic and telephonic information and verification requests, using discretion when processing sensitive personal information (PI) and adhering to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Managing incoming supplement requests and pending requests, directing calls and inquiries to the appropriate area/function as applicable, and liaising with other departments to handle requests and queries from customers effectively.
  • Investigating all available sources of credit and financial information, providing credit information and references for customers, loan officers, or other agencies as requested.
  • Reviewing and interpreting credit reports and data contained within, adhering strictly to training manual and procedures, following all workflows and documents.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of products, services, and policies to ensure accurate and consistent communication to the customer.
  • Adhering to and maintaining compliance with all Federal and State regulations and policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in the financial services industry, preferably in the mortgage services sector.
  • Strong understanding of credit services and regulations.
  • Customer service experience in a professional environment.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, persuasion, and problem-resolution skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and team-based structured environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bilingualism is a plus.

  • Competitive salary based on your experience and skills ($18.50-$20/hour).
