As a Customer Support Analyst, you will be part of the Implementation & Technical Account Manager Team, working closely with our talented team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Your Challenge at arenaflex

• Implement a robust real-time monitoring system that ensures full visibility into critical workflows, anticipating incidents before they escalate.

  • Prevent critical incidents from impacting clients by proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
  • Provide data-driven insights and propose improvements, positioning the NOC as a strategic team that drives business growth.
  • Create standardized processes that ensure operational excellence and enable scalability.
  • Ensure continuous operational coverage with well-defined shifts and seamless handovers.
  • Provide Level 1 support to clients, acting as the first line of defense to address issues, answer queries, and escalate critical incidents to internal teams when necessary.

Skills You Need

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic knowledge in monitoring tools.

  • Passionate about technology and innovation.
  • Proficiency in Jira and other project management tools.
  • Customer empathy and focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a logical and analytical approach.
  • Fluent English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, preferably in the payments or fintech industry.

  • Knowledge of payment processing systems and technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and SaaS platforms.
  • Certification in customer support or a related field.
