Job Summary

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients across the globe. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively communicate with customers in Spanish, while your technical skills will allow you to navigate our systems and tools with ease.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Spanish

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers in Spanish
  • Utilize our systems and tools to access customer information and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and service level agreements
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Experience working in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of Arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
