Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Development Executive at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a sales strategy to grow your assigned territory, focusing on new account acquisition and product penetration
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in the food service industry
  • Conducting needs assessments, identifying opportunities, and presenting solutions to customers
  • Negotiating and closing deals, ensuring timely and effective implementation of new products and services
  • Analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Providing regular sales reports, updates, and insights to senior management

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Account Management/Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales and account management, preferably in the food service industry
  • Strong Presentation and Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, negotiate deals, and build strong relationships with customers
  • Concise Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and clearly
  • Basic Project Management and Business Acumen Skills: Understanding of project management principles and business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Analytical Thinking and Passion for Results: Strong analytical skills, with a passion for driving results and achieving sales targets
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead by example, motivate teams, and drive sales performance
