Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences through:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner

  • Providing product and service information, demos, and training to customers

Essential Qualifications:
