Job Summary

As a Remote Sales Customer Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive support and solutions. You'll work closely with our sales and customer success teams to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and establish arenaflex as a trusted leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building activities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive support, solutions, and communication
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and establish arenaflex as a trusted leader in the industry
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment, with a proven track record of success

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software, with experience using sales automation tools and platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote sales environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a strong desire to learn and develop a deep understanding of our offerings
  • Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, including consultative selling, solution selling, and account management

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • Base salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance
  • Commission structure: 10% - 20% of sales revenue, depending on performance and sales targets
