Key Responsibilities As a Customer Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building * Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets * Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer experiences * Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction * Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition * Meeting or exceeding sales targets, including revenue growth and customer acquisition goals Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing or business-to-business (B2B) environment * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and other sales tools and technologies Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: * Experience working in a remote or virtual sales environment * Familiarity with arenaflex's products or services * Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field * Fluency in multiple languages * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Strong sales acumen and a customer-centric approach * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools and technologies * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong time management and organizational skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
