The Role

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Proficiency in using various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools

Preferred Qualifications:
