Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our remote customer service team. As a strategic leader, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing customer service strategies, managing a team of customer service representatives, and driving business growth through exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Developing and implementing customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth
  • Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Managing customer service metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and net promoter score
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
  • Collaborating with the customer experience team to develop and implement customer journey maps and service blueprints

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service management, with a focus on leading remote teams
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and driving business growth through exceptional service
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of customer service representatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Experience with customer service metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and net promoter score
  • Strong knowledge of customer experience principles and practices, including journey mapping and service blueprinting

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, including Salesforce
  • Knowledge of customer experience analytics tools, including Medallia and Qualtrics
  • Experience with training and development programs, including coaching and mentoring
  • Certification in customer experience or service management, such as CEM or CSM
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools, including Jira and Asana

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off
