Compensation and Benefits
Pay ranges from $18.00 to $19.00 per hour. Enjoy complimentary meals, uniforms, and laundering services at select locations.

Responsibilities
As a Customer Ambassador, your key responsibilities will include:
- Greet every customer warmly and ensure a high level of hospitality.
- Support team members by ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.
- Communicate customer feedback and concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain current marketing, wellness, and culinary programs.
- Lead weekly promotions and programs for guests.
- Share best practices and recognize the efforts of co-workers.
- Advocate for effective selling techniques and assist customers in their decision-making process.
- Ensure that display foods are attractively presented and served according to standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Strong communication skills
- Team collaboration
- Ability to understand and communicate daily menu items effectively
- Knowledge of effective selling techniques
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Education Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience Requirements
* Previous experience in events is preferred but not mandatory
