About the Role

As a Customer-Facing Data Scientist, you'll be the face of our company, directly interfacing with our partners around the globe to design and develop machine learning applications and solutions based on our AI platform. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their pain points, develop tailored solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Your expertise in data science, AI, and customer-facing skills will enable you to build long-term trusted relationships with our clients, driving their success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Interact directly with customers to design and develop machine learning applications and solutions based on the arenaflex platform

• Conduct and manage data science projects with customer's vision of success in mind in collaboration with their data science teams
• Build a long-term trusted relationship with the customer so that the customers can be led towards success
• Understand and empathize with customers' pain points of building AI solutions
• Solve various problems for clients, making an impact across various domains and industries such as Banking, Insurance, Finance, Health, e-commerce, Marketing, Oil & Gas
• Be the face of the company and our AI/ML expertise, directly interfacing with our partners around the globe (together with sales team)
• Understand the market horizon for innovations in data science and utilize those to solve customer problems
• Become an expert on the arenaflex platform and associated tools to teach, enable and support our customers in building their own applications
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineers, Product, to design customer's solutions
• Work in a fast-paced environment alongside accomplished engineering, product, and data science team members

Essential Qualifications

* 5-10 years of experience solving complex data problems using Machine Learning

• Expert in ML modeling and Python coding
• Customer-Facing Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills; proven ability to partner with enterprise stakeholders
• Preferred prior experience in AI services industry or startup environments; domain experience in finance, is a plus
• Generative AI: Applied experience building LLM-based solutions (is a plus) and generative workflows
