Job Description

As a part-time Customer Experience Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and cultivating positive lifetime relationships with customers across all arenaflex communication channels. You'll be a subject matter expert, delivering empathetic, detail-oriented solutions across all potential channels: social media, live chat, email, phones, and SMS. You'll be expected to stay informed about all arenaflex products, fit, styles, and inventory, to assist customers in finding the perfect look for their individual style and events.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional service and cultivate positive lifetime relationships with customers across all arenaflex communication channels

• Stay informed about all arenaflex products, fit, styles, and inventory, to assist customers in finding the perfect look for their individual style and events
• Resolve customer inquiries with care and creativity, providing a personalized, unique service tailored to their needs
• Share customer feedback and insights with team members and leaders to continually enhance the customer experience
• Foster an empathetic, positive, and collaborative team culture that thrives on diversity and energy

Essential Qualifications:

* At least 2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building rapport with customers
• Multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer conversations at a time and meet productivity and quality goals
• Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen well and express ideas clearly
• Strong integrity, with a commitment to upholding honesty and ethical standards

Preferred Qualifications:

* Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Computer proficiency (G Suite, Google Chrome Browser, Slack, Zoom, etc.)
• High speed internet access provided by a cable or fiber provider with a minimum 10Mbps connection (arenaflex will provide laptop & headset)
