Job Summary

As a Customer Lending Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers who are searching for the best product that fits their needs. You'll work in a dynamic, fully remote environment, handling high volumes of phone calls, and collaborating with our Loan Officers to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

* Handle 200-300 calls per day on an outbound dialer, providing excellent customer service and building rapport quickly with prospective customers.

  • Verify information submitted by the consumer through an online inquiry and identify their goals and objectives.
  • Send quality lead transfers to our Loan Officers who are licensed and able to continue the conversation.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

* 2+ years of outbound Call Center Experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • 2+ years of Customer Service and/or Sales Experience, with a strong understanding of the mortgage industry and its products.
  • Ability to handle high volume phone calls and various rebuttals, with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient computer and data entry skills, with experience using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • High School Degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Total Compensation Package

Our base pay is just one part of our total compensation package for Customer Lending Representatives. The base hourly rate for this role is $17/hour, with a monthly bonus incentive to reward your hard work and dedication.
