Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer and scheduling Zoom meetings to discuss their options
  • Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments
  • Providing attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs
  • Responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
  • Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete, and performing any necessary updates on schedule

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Ambition, motivation, and a drive to succeed in a sales environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and concerns
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using CRM software a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the supplemental benefits industry and regulatory requirements
  • Certification in a related field, such as insurance or benefits administration
  • Experience using Zoom or other video conferencing platforms
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse client populations

Compensation and Benefits

As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be eligible for a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:

  • Weekly performance-based pay and bonuses, on average $65,000 to $68,500 first year annually
  • Comprehensive paid training program
  • Flexible work schedule with the ability to work from home (Our offices are open if you work more efficiently in an office setting)
