Join our Remote Customer Operations Team!
We're excited to announce direct-hire, remote positions for Customer Operations Associates! As a member of our team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency. Our next class begins September 8th, 2025, and we're looking for compassionate, people-oriented individuals who thrive on connecting with customers and resolving their issues with empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with customers via phone to assist with inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding orders, billing, and other account management tasks, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding in all customer interactions, building trust and loyalty with our customers.
- Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure satisfaction, driving continuous improvement in our customer service processes.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve customer experience, sharing best practices and expertise to drive excellence.
Education and Experience:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- To be located in Kentucky, with a strong commitment to serving our customers in this region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- A continuous learner mindset, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering accurate and timely resolutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required, as we're committed to developing the skills and expertise of our team members.
