The Role

As an Experienced Customer Care Intern at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing direct customer support to our users, helping them utilize our platform to its full potential. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing white-glove, dedicated support to our customers to resolve their issues and ensure seamless experiences
  • Collaborating on the creation and maintenance of customer-facing documentation to enhance self-service support options
  • Acting as a bridge between customers and arenaflex's engineering team by reproducing issues and driving resolution through detailed bug reports
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to develop proactive solutions that enhance the customer experience and resolve technical challenges

About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French and English required)
  • Resourcefulness and ability to figure things out
  • A continuous improvement mindset
  • Interest in Finance and Startups
  • Ability to provide an internship agreement from your university

Compensation and Benefits

This is a paid internship, compensated at 1,500 EUR per month. arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including meal vouchers, welcoming offices, and top-of-the-range equipment.

Recruitment Process

Home Assignment: Showcase your skills and experience through a home assignment. 3. Home Assignment Review with Jean-Malo & Team Interview: Debrief your case with your future manager and the team. 4. Founder Interview: Meet with Alex, our co-founder and CEO, to discuss our vision and values.
