With a strong presence in the UK and a growing footprint across Europe, we're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team and support our expansion into EU markets.

As a Customer Success Manager focused on EU markets, you'll play a vital role in onboarding and supporting operators outside the UK, helping them get set up, stay on track, and grow with us. Your expertise and dedication will be instrumental in building strong relationships with our customers, driving adoption, and ensuring their long-term success with arenaflex.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Onboarding new customers across EU markets, guiding them through setup and training to ensure a seamless experience
  • Providing exceptional support to customers via email, chat, and video, particularly where language or local context matters
  • Building long-term relationships with your assigned accounts, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions
  • Monitoring account health, usage, and risks to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Helping operators get more value from arenaflex, surfacing opportunities, and promoting key features to drive adoption and revenue growth
  • Utilizing tools like HubSpot, Notion, and Stripe to track progress and inform decisions
  • Serving as the voice of the EU customer, sharing insights to improve our product and service

What we're looking for

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, German, or Italian
  • Organizational skills, a calm demeanor, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfort and confidence in using and explaining software
  • Experience in SaaS, onboarding, or customer support is beneficial but not required
