What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Onboarding new customers across EU markets, guiding them through setup and training to ensure a seamless experience
- Providing exceptional support to customers via email, chat, and video, particularly where language or local context matters
- Building long-term relationships with your assigned accounts, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions
- Monitoring account health, usage, and risks to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Helping operators get more value from arenaflex, surfacing opportunities, and promoting key features to drive adoption and revenue growth
- Utilizing tools like HubSpot, Notion, and Stripe to track progress and inform decisions
- Serving as the voice of the EU customer, sharing insights to improve our product and service
What we're looking for
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, German, or Italian
- Organizational skills, a calm demeanor, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfort and confidence in using and explaining software
- Experience in SaaS, onboarding, or customer support is beneficial but not required
