Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Collections and Account Management

You'll be responsible for contacting borrowers with delinquent accounts, collecting past due payments, and providing personalized payment solutions to help them get back on track. About the Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our borrowers while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Outbound and inbound calls with delinquent borrowers to collect past due payments and provide personalized payment solutions
  • Maintaining accurate records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers, as well as records of any payments collected from the customer
  • Processing payments for borrowers with past due payments and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals while remaining in compliance with arenaflex's collections policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

* Outbound and inbound calls with delinquent borrowers to collect past due payments and provide personalized payment solutions

  • Find solutions to help bring borrower's loans to a current status
  • Process payments for borrowers with past due payments
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals
  • Remain in compliance with arenaflex's collections policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service

Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

* 1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections, with knowledge of sales, negotiation, and persuasion tools

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with borrowers in Spanish and English
  • Prior call center experience with financial products is preferred, but not required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented, with a strong desire to meet and exceed collection and metric goals
  • Team player with a professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required, with the ability to communicate effectively with borrowers in both languages

* Compensation: MXN $89.33/hour + bonus
