Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving revenue growth, and supporting our sales administration functions. If you're a results-driven, customer-oriented individual with a passion for delivering outstanding service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Implement and manage customer service order processing, including ticket ordering and management

  • Prepare and present daily and monthly usage revenue reports to the management team, providing actionable insights and recommendations for growth
  • Develop and maintain monthly usage statements and customer service reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Support daily customer service operations and sales administration functions, providing exceptional service to our customers and internal stakeholders
  • Provide backup support to our Customer Service Officer and Service Administrator, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and events, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* University graduate with 1-3 years of working experience in customer service, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service

  • Experience working in multinational companies, particularly in the banking and finance sector, is highly desirable
  • Customer-oriented and result-driven, with a strong drive to win and achieve business objectives
  • Strong working independence, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Pleasant, good communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong team spirit and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with knowledge of Mandarin an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SFDC), with experience in Salesforce an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in salesforce and other customer relationship management (CRM) systems

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
