Experienced Customer Care Consultant – Global E-commerce Platform

With the arenaflex e-commerce platform shipping to over 80 markets worldwide, it has 2 retail stores in Hong Kong. As a Customer Care Consultant at arenaflex, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service across multiple channels for all customer communications. You will be the key to delivering an unparalleled customer experience, handling cases with a high level of professionalism and customer-centric mindset. Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional service across multi-channels for all customer communications, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience for our customers.

  • Handle cases with a high level of professionalism and customer-centric mindset, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Actively manage customer service-related documents for internal tracking and cross-team awareness, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain a high level of service awareness at all times, staying up-to-date with the latest trends, products, and services offered by arenaflex.
  • Work cross-functionally with other e-commerce departments, collaborating with colleagues to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the reporting manager with ad-hoc tasks and duties, contributing to the success of the team and the company as a whole.

Requirements:

* Degree, High Diploma, or Associate Degree holder in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications.

  • Experience in customer service or related fields is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry will be a plus, with knowledge of online platforms, digital marketing, and customer behavior.
  • Fluency in Chinese and English for both spoken and written communication, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience with CRM, Case Management, Live Chat tools is preferred, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management and data analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and relationship management.
  • Possess a proactive solutions mindset, with a strong ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task and troubleshoot, with a strong ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Proficient in basic administrative office suite software, such as MS Office, Google Drive, and other relevant tools.
