What You'll Be Doing
As a CSR Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on arenaflex's website and social media accounts. This may include support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and empathetic responses that resolve customer inquiries and enhance their experience.
Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, accurate, and empathetic manner
- Resolve customer issues and concerns through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Enhance customer experiences by providing personalized and engaging responses
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and experience
- Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
Contract Length and Rate
* No fixed term contract
- Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour
Skills and Background Needed
* A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Close attention to detail and ability to follow provided steps and instructions
- 10+ hours availability per week
- Reliable internet connection
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
