Workers Compensation Litigation Associate
Manning Kass is a national civil litigation defense firm that has expanded to over 170 attorneys across eight offices. They are seeking a Workers Compensation Litigation Associate to manage a range of cases, working closely with lead attorneys in all phases of litigation.
Responsibilities
- The candidate must have strong analytical skills
- Active membership in the California State Bar and in good standing
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong legal research and writing skills, with attention to detail
- Proactively manage communications with clients throughout the course of litigation
Skills

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
- Licensed to practice in the State of California
- Exceptional communication, advocacy, and analytical skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage and meet deadlines
- 1+ year of workers' compensation experience
